Александр, можно было бы и повнимательнее быть
никакого отношения к MUTE и официальной позиции группы эта шняга не имеет, да и текст письма тоже вроде не сложно развестить сразу: Вот "письмо".
To: Mute Records
Depeche Mode's official website, www.depechemode.com, recently launched a new archive feature bringing rare and sort after live recordings to the site. While this is great, the quality and the lack of complete songs is something that needs to be adressed.
I, a dedicated Depeche Mode fan, would like to see these recordings be made available as complete shows. I realise that releasing these on the standard formats CD or DVD would be a problem, and would like to suggest that they are made available online, via something like iTunes (www.iTunes.com).
Releasing these via iTunes or similar, on a compressed audio format like mp3 or AAC would suffice, providing the encoding is on par or better than the iTunes standard (ie. no less than 192kb/s mp3, 192 kb/s AAC). I understand that this sort of release could potentially be of a lesser quality than an average CD release in some respects. I understand that it will, in some cases, be unmixed soundboard audio, and that as such there may be some flaws in either the performance or the source tapes.
Another way would be to be able to download files (.mp3, .shn, .flac, etc...) from the official website for a fee. It is evident fans would be more then willing to pay for something officially released from the World Violation Tour.
I would be willing to pay the standard iTunes fee of the day (currently 99ў per song) or a fee from the official web site (either per song or for the entire show).

Посмотри на сайте Itunes - с которого предлагают музыку качать,
насколько я знаю там это выливается в большую "копеечку" - доллар за трек.
