Launch Blu ray Ripper, and click on Load BD button to import Blu ray source or folder to the ripper. DVD disc and folder can also be permitted to import in to the software.
Step2. Select MKV because the output file format
Click the drop down box of "Profile" to enter Profile panel, in which you select MKV as the output format.

Step3. Configurations
Click "Settings" switch you can do a few parameter configurations for your Blu ray source, for instance audio and video codec, bite rate, video size, aspect ratio, frame rate, and so on. Because you want to convert Blu-ray to 720p MKV, you'll want to alter the movies size into 1080x720.
Step4. Rip Blu ray to MKV
